To avoid expensive telephone communications to Europe, our customers can get all the information from our offices in Africa. They are in daily contact with First Shipping head office. You can get information about the goods on the way or for your future bookings with First Shipping.

All your shipping and related documents can be send free of charge to our offices in Africa for collection by the receivers. This service reduces the time of document transfer and your cost for sending them. We only work with DHL  

 Some of the African representatives are government authorized transit agents. They can offer you custom clearance service at your destination and even home delivery of your goods. Please ask our local representative for the terms and conditions for this service. Custom clearance is not a First Shipping activity.

It is always possible to make your bookings directly at the African offices. Make sure that your supplier is aware of the pick up date and time. You can book at all our offices from Africa or to Africa. 

 For some destinations, the user can get the option to pay a part of the shipping cost to our representative offices. Be aware that this must be agreed to before the shipment, and our representative will charge an additional "collecting fee". First Shipping will never negotiate the terms and conditions of "payable at destination". Please read your agreement carefully.
