First Shipping will take care of all possible documents on your behalf. However, you need to supply us with the correct information in time. Please help us to avoid problems.

We need to see the original logbooks of your vehicles. If you like, we can send it together with the original shipping documents wherever you like.  

 For several destinations, additional documents must be provided. First Shipping will take care of these documents. However, as regulations for some destinations change from time to time, inform our representative if you are aware of any changes or special new documents required.

Always ask your supplier for an invoice and/or receipt. Give a copy of these documents to our representative the moment you make your reservation. Without this document, you will have to pay extra VAT. 

 The original Bills of Loading will be available within 3 days after the ship's departure. Make sure that you give the right instructions to our representative. We will send this Bill of Loading to any place you like. You need these shipping documents in order to get your goods at destination.
